Livonia Leadership & Awards Celebration
A dinner is held to present awards to the businesses and individuals that make Livonia great. The event typically has 200-300 people in attendance.
Westland State of the City & Business Awards Celebration
A gathering of city and business leaders to hear Mayor Coleman’s annual address and the Chamber presents awards to the businesses and individuals that make Westland great among more than 300 people.
Livonia Home Improvement Show
Some 50+ exhibitors, including carpenters, plumbers, roof and window installers, concrete experts, and landscaping consultants, are featured at the Chamber’s annual Livonia Home Improvement Show in March. This show, free to consumers, has continued to grow each year in participation and attendance.
Livonia State of the City Address
A afternoon event where Mayor Brosnan reviews the past year, and future plans for Livonia. Attracts 300+ attendees.
Annual Chamber Golf Outings
Golfers of all skill levels will enjoy a round of golf at the two golf outings (one in May, the other in July) where there is golf fun and networking with fellow members and community leaders. For companies looking to showcase their business, many sponsorship opportunities are available as well as volunteer opportunities.
Western Wayne Business Leadership Banquet
The Chamber leads this influential annual program that features a unique gathering of political and business leaders from 18 communities across western Wayne County. With a partnership involving several neighboring chambers and the municipal support group, the Conference of Western Wayne, the Chamber coordinates the banquet to encourage affluent networking and promote the attributes of the region that encompasses the I-275 corridor, around Metro Airport, and into Dearborn.
Member Appreciation Reception
The Chamber’s Annual Member Appreciation Reception in November is one of the Chamber's largest annual events. Some 300 business people join us every year at this popular event as we honor ALL members, longstanding and new!
Taste Fest: Westland’s Premier Holiday Charity Event
Join the Chamber and Rotary Club of Westland for this festive event every first Tuesday in December. With delicious tastes from restaurants in the region, live music, raffles and more! Proceeds from this community event goes back into the community.
Night of Lights at Greenmead Historical Village
The Chamber, in partnership with Livonia Parks and Recreation, hosts three weekends of lights and holiday fun at Livonia’s historic Greenmead Village. This walking event has visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, fun holiday-themed characters, live music, holiday shop and more!
